Quotes & Scheduling

How do I get a price on a fence?

Book a free on-site quote. Pick a one-hour arrival window online or call (479) 222-0229. We measure the fence line, go over materials, height and gates with you, and put the written quote together from there. Want a ballpark first? The fence calculator gives you a rough number in a couple of minutes.

Is the quote really free?

Yes. The visit and the written quote cost nothing, and you are under no obligation. The quote spells out the height, material, style and fence line, so it also doubles as most of an HOA application.

How does the arrival window work?

You pick a one-hour window and we arrive within it. You get a text confirming the visit, with a link to change or cancel it, and a reminder before we come.

How soon can you start my fence?

Most Kismet Fence jobs start within 1 to 2 weeks of a signed quote, and most fences are finished in one to three days once we start. Special-order material, a city permit or HOA approval can add time, and we tell you up front how much.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is 50% of the contract price.

Do you offer financing for fence projects?

Yes. You can pay for your fence over time through Acorn Finance, a marketplace of lenders. Checking your offers does not affect your credit score. See how financing works.

Permits, HOAs & Pools

Do I need a permit for my fence?

It depends on the town, and sometimes on the height. Some Northwest Arkansas towns need a permit for any new fence; others don’t for an ordinary residential fence. Fence Permits by Town lists the rules for every town we work in. When your job needs a permit, we pull it for you.

Do I need HOA approval?

If your neighborhood has covenants, usually yes, and it is a separate approval from the city’s. Get it in writing before any material is ordered. We put the application together for you. The HOA Approval Guide covers what HOAs ask for and how to get through it.

What are the rules for a pool fence?

Arkansas code requires a barrier at least 48 inches high around a pool, with gates that close and latch on their own and limits on gaps and openings. We build pool fences to those rules.
