Swing & Estate Gates
Single or double swing gates in wood, ornamental steel or aluminum. The classic driveway entrance, and the best-looking option when you have the room for it. Swing gates need clear space for the arc and a reasonably level approach, so slope and driveway length decide whether this is the right choice.
Sliding & Cantilever
Where a swing gate will not fit — short driveways, steep approaches or tight street frontage — a slider runs sideways instead. Cantilever systems carry the gate on rollers with no track across the drive, so there is nothing to fill with gravel, ice or debris. The practical answer on most difficult sites.
Openers & Power
Solar or hard-wired operators sized to the weight and length of your gate. Solar suits gates far from a power source, which on acreage is most of them. Every install includes safety reversing and a manual release so you are never locked in or out during a power cut.
Access & Control
Keypads, remotes, smartphone control, and wired or wireless audio and video intercom. You can let a delivery driver in from your phone, give the family separate codes, and see who is at the gate before it opens.

Local rules affect where a gate can go. Bentonville requires fences to sit at least five feet back from a current or proposed right of way. Bella Vista requires every fenced enclosure to have a gate, plus a maintenance gate on segments abutting a thoroughfare. Prairie Grove requires a gate at each end of any utility easement your fence crosses. And on a corner lot, most towns limit anything within the sight triangle.
