Kismet Construction LLC, doing business as Kismet Fence ("Kismet Fence," "we," "us"), is a licensed fence contractor located at 319 Kelli St, Farmington, AR 72730. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use kismetfence.com, request a quote, or do business with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, the city and ZIP code of the project (street address is optional), the approximate length of fence you need, and a description of your project. If you check the text-message consent box, we record that consent. We also collect information you provide when you call, email, or text us, schedule an appointment, or become a customer, such as property details, photos, measurements, and the billing information needed to invoice you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and how you interact with pages. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, which are described in our Cookie Policy. We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized session replays and heatmaps that help us improve the site.

How we use information

  • To respond to your quote request, prepare an estimate, schedule a site visit, perform the work you hire us for, and invoice you.
  • To communicate with you about your request or project by phone, email, or text message (texts only with your consent).

Text messaging

If you check the text-message consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates about your request or project from Kismet Fence by text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to cancel or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as customer-relationship and estimating software, scheduling tools, email and text-message delivery, phone service, invoicing, website hosting, and analytics and advertising platforms (including Google, Meta, and Microsoft). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Project partners. Suppliers, subcontractors, and government agencies when needed to complete your project, for example to pull a permit or request a utility locate.
  • Legal. When required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kismet Fence, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Kismet Fence is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and Jetpack Stats. Our Cookie Policy lists each one, what it does, and how to opt out.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, which we use to improve the site and the effectiveness of our advertising. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of pages and online activity. The data we and Microsoft may capture includes IP addresses, click and touch interactions, scroll behavior, time spent on pages, and device and browser information. How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you, for the life of any warranty on your project, and as long as required for tax, contract, and other legal record-keeping. Website analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each provider.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption on our website and limiting access to customer records to people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

  • Access, correction, and deletion. Email contact@kismetnwa.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will honor your request unless we need to keep the information for a legal or contractual reason.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any message.
  • Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us.

Children
